New uoroscopy unit arrives at the 91°µÍø
The 91°µÍø has received a generous grant from the Animal Care Trust to upgrade its uoroscopy unit, after 15 years of operation. The unit supports various clinical teams, providing advanced radiography services.
The Animal Care Trust, the 91°µÍøâ€™s registered charity, raises funds to support a wide range of our activities aimed at improving animal health, including the purchase of cutting-edge equipment for the College’s hospitals.

multi-purpose C-arm fluoroscopy unit
The C-arm is moved to encircle the operating table in order to record and view intra-operative images and videos. Continuous screening allows real-time visualisation of contrast boluses and the movements or reactions of interventional radiology equipment. It enables digital subtraction angiography, which is essential for shunts and vascular work.
The 91°µÍø Soft Tissue Service is an international reference centre renowned for its expertise in portosystemic shunt surgery. It is the busiest centre for these types of cases in Europe, with a
